Only Yahweh exists to help men face that truth without shame \u2014 and walk toward freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porn does not just show you images. <strong>It trains your attention.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It trains objectification.<\/strong><br>You start seeing women less as whole people and more as visual triggers. There is research connecting pornography use with sexual objectification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It trains isolation.<\/strong><br>The shame makes you hide, and the hiding makes the habit stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It trains passivity.<\/strong><br>Instead of building, pursuing, praying, serving, exercising, working, or loving, you get pulled into a cycle of stimulation and regret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porn is not meth. But the reason it can feel so hard to quit is that it can grab the same kinds of learning, craving, and cue-response systems that show up in addiction science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Freedom is possible. <\/strong>Not because you are strong enough to save yourself, but because Christ is strong enough to lead you out \u2014 and because you can become the kind of man who no longer makes peace with what is destroying him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start here.
